T. Gautham Pai - Managing Director

A third-generation ‘Pai’ – of the Pai family that created world-class Manipal, Mr. Gautham was formally inducted into the family business in 1997 after acquiring the degree of Bachelor of Engineering in Printing Technology from Manipal Institute of Technology.

Mr. Gautham Pai believes in leveraging on the Group’s core values of honesty, reliability, innovation, pioneering and respect for every individual, to build a sustainable high-growth and profitable organization. He strives to add value to customers continually by knowing their businesses so as to adequately address their pains, needs and value requirements.

He has earned an enviable reputation amongst colleagues and customers alike for displaying a rare balance of strategic insight, operational expertise, new technology adaptability and sales / marketing savvy.

Anjani Mandal – CEO

Mr. Anjani Mandal took charge as CEO Manipal Technologies Ltd. in 2008. Having completed his B.Tech from IIT and post graduation from IIM Mr. Mandal had 22 years of work experience before joining MTL. During the course of his career he has worked for Information Technology, Document Management & BPO / KPO industries. He was working with the IT consultancy Headstrong Services before joining Manipal Technologies.

Senior Management Team

Nagendra Rao – VP Marketing

Mr. Nagendra Rao is a B.E degree holder in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka University, Dharwad and joined Manipal Group in the year in 1989. He has a rich experience of 21 years in different fields of production including Security, Commercial, Paper cards, etc.

In his current position as VP-Marketing, he is in charge of the sales and marketing activities of Manipal Technologies Ltd. and its subsidiary companies including MCT, Manipal Packaging and Universal print systems.

Govindraj Prabhu – Sales Head

Mr. Govindraj Prabhu is a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka University, and joined Manipal Group in the year in 1996. He is currently the Head of Sales (National) at ManipalTech. and manages the sales force spread across the country, besides client engagements.

Shashi Ranjan – VP & SBU Head

Mr. Shashi Ranjan is B.E. in Printing Technology from Manipal Institute of Technology. He joined the organization in 1998 and worked his way from the bottom of the ladder to become the Head of SBUs of “Marketing, Branding & Communication” – Commercial Printing, Packaging & Labels.

Girish Kini – VP & SBU Head

Mr. Girish Kini is B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. He joined the organization 1997 on the shop floor, and over the years worked his way up to the Head of SBUs of “Secure Transactions” – Security Printing, Business Forms, Transactional Production, MCT Cards & Technology Ltd.

Madhukar Shenoy – VP & SBU Head

Mr. Madhukar Shenoy joined the company in the year 1986 after completing his B.Com. Beginning his career from the shop floor he now manages all the services catering to the Education and Recruitment space.

Rajesh Shet – Operations Head

Mr. Rajesh Shet has graduated in B.E. Electronics and Communication from Karnataka University. Having had 16 years of experience in the IT services industry, he joined Manipal Technologies Ltd. in 2005 and has been heading the Operations of MCT Cards and Technology Pvt. Ltd since 2008.

Muralidhar Bhat – VP SCM

Mr. Muralidhar Bhat joined Manipal Technologies Ltd. in 1984 after graduating with a degree in B.A. He has in depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management from the operational details to strategic planning gained over 25 years of experience of working in the SCM department.

Sudheesh Rao – VP and R&D Head

Mr. Sudheesh Rao has a graduate degree in B.E. Mechanical from MIT. He joined Manipal Technologies Ltd. in 1996 – started on the shop floor, moved to Quality and Assurance and then to Research and Development over the decade of working with ManipalTech. Under his guidance our R&D team has made a number of new innovations and launched new products in the market.

Kiran Hunsur –Head – finance & Accounts

Mr. Kiran Hunsur, a qualified C.A. has over 11 years of experience in finance in various organizations before joining Manipal Technologies Ltd. in 2009. At ManipalTech. he heads the Finance & Accounts department.

Nanda Kumar C – Senior Manager Logistics

Mr. Nanda Kumar C has a Diploma in Business Administration and a Diploma in Foreign Trade. He has over 14 years of experience in handling logistics including imports / exports in various organizations before joining Manipal Technologies Ltd. in 2009. At ManipalTech. he heads the Manipal Logistics Competence Group.

Naveen Saldana – Projects and Collections Head

Mr. Naveen Saldana has a graduate degree in B.E. Mechanical. He has over 20 years of rich experience in functions like Sales and Projects for some of the illustrious organizations in the country. He joined Manipal Technologies Ltd. in 2008 and handles new projects and collections.

Mohanraj – VP HR

Mr. Mohanraj has a graduate degree in B.A. and a post graduation in MSW specialized in Human Resource Management. He has 17 years of experience in increasingly responsible roles within HR in various reputed organizations of the country. He joined Manipal Group in 2010.
