Statutory requirements necessitate Insurance companies and banks to send out account statements on a periodic basis. This involves individual account details to be printed on the company letterheads.

ManipalTech provides you the optimized solution of offset printing of letter heads and variable data printing of account details, for all periodic cycles like weekly, monthly and quarterly. Single or multiple pages can be produced for each account holder in both self-mailer and envelop-inserted format. Multiple pages for each individual are collated, folded and inserted into the envelopes in our automatic insertion line, where they are also segregated based on locations and subsequently mailed to the end customer. Our in- house mailer machine perforates and glues the multiple pages for each individual, to produce the self mailer format for statements.

Automation of the whole process allows us to handle large data bases and large production volumes with relative ease while ensuring lower turn around times with proper production records for transparency. The statement produced can also carry promotional content and our processes cater to the production of targeted promotional communication for each individual.
